BDO Pay brought together celebrities, customers, and partners on 14 November 2025 for the world premiere of Meet, Greet & Bye, highlighting the bank’s push to strengthen its connection with Filipino families at home and abroad.

The event, held at SM Megamall, drew a full crowd as BDO endorsers Belle Mariano and Piolo Pascual energized the audience with a groufie inside a packed Cinema 2.

Excitement surged further when co-star JK Labajo made a surprise appearance. BDO executives Dave Khodr and Genie T. Gloria joined the cast onstage, underscoring the bank’s support for the film and its message.

Opening the program, Roy L. Villareal, Senior Vice President of BDO Digital Banking, emphasized why backing a movie centered on the Filipino family aligns with the bank’s mission.

“Much like the film, BDO remains committed to bringing its products and services closer to every Filipino household—wherever they may be,” he said.

The premiere also highlighted the success of BDO’s Alagang Kabayan initiatives, which focus on accessible and reliable financial services for OFWs and their families.

Genie T. Gloria, Senior Vice President and Head of BDO Remittance, joined members of the Digital Customer Experience team whose collaboration helped mount the event.

BDO said efforts like these reinforce its commitment to making banking more convenient and inclusive for Filipinos worldwide
