Bayanihan continues to flourish in the hearts of the Filipinos as government agencies continue their Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) operations across affected municipalities in the province of Aurora, lifting the renowned tourist destination province back on its feet.

According to the 91st Infantry “Sinagtala” Battalion, they are cooperating with other government agencies in conducting road-clearing operations to restore normalcy and ensure public safety in Aurora in response to the typhoon’s destructive impact since November 10, 2025.

The 91IB is in close coordination with the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), and the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO).

One of the operations is taking place in the Municipality of Dinalungan, Aurora, and remains ongoing.

The Philippine Army working alongside other responders remove debris and clear blocked roads, with heavy machinery lifting and moving fallen trees and other obstructions. Teamwork, coordination, and technical capability of government agencies shows as they work to restore vital access routes and support the swift delivery of rescue and relief operations to affected communities.

The joint teams continue to reopen roads, clear debris, and restore access routes, ensuring the safe movement of residents, responders, and relief convoys to areas most impacted by the typhoon.

These sustained HADR operations underscore the strong coordination and partnership among national and local government agencies. The dedication and cooperation of the Philippine Army, PNP, BFP, PCG, and local responders demonstrate the government’s readiness, professionalism, and compassion, working tirelessly to restore safety, stability, and hope for the residents of Aurora.
