Seth Fedelin casually admitted his feelings for Francine Diaz, his screen partner for quite some time now.
The actor made the revelation during a pocket press conference for Shake, Rattle & Roll: Evil Origins, the latest installment of the horror franchise produced by Regal Entertainment. Fedelin and Diaz star in one episode alongside Fyang Smith and JM Ibarra.
“I have love for her, but if you think of us as a couple, we’re not rushing things like that,” Fedelin said when asked how their friendship has evolved.
“We’ve talked about it. We will not share what label we’re in,” he added.
He did, however, reveal that they recently went out on a date.
“Last Monday, we went out for dinner,” he said.
For Fedelin, there is still no label to describe their relationship.
“When you love somebody, the other person should know it so that she’ll be able to distinguish it,” he explained.
“We’re already in our twenties. We know where we are. We thought of a timeline for each other,” he continued.
“The truth is, actually, we have already planned it. That’s the truth. Pero wala pang final na bagsak. We’ve talked about it over the phone for two hours. We’ve talked about it personally for two hours,” Fedelin said. (“But there’s still no final decision.”)
He also shared the qualities he admires most about Diaz.
“Of course, I like her being independent. There are numerous times that she does everything all by herself. She’s very professional when it comes to work, and she’s also very caring,” he said.
Fedelin plays the son of a governor in Shake, Rattle & Roll: Evil Origins, one of the official entries in the forthcoming Metro Manila Film Festival.
