The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Operations Center (NDRRMOC) on Friday reported that 152 people have died, 92 were injured, and 86 remain missing due to Typhoon Tino.
The agency said a total of 635,565 families, or 2,258,782 people, were affected. Of these, 88,649 families (318,703 people) are taking shelter in 3,050 evacuation centers, while 23,350 families (78,931 people) are being served outside evacuation centers.
A total of 74 road sections and 10 bridges were affected, with 40 roads and six bridges rendered impassable.
Meanwhile, 9,585 houses were reported damaged across Regions VI, VII, VIII, X, and CARAGA, with estimated losses amounting to ₱130,000.
Damage to infrastructure in MIMAROPA and CARAGA was pegged at ₱6.33 million, according to the NDRRMOC.
Authorities said response and relief operations are ongoing as local government units continue to assess the full extent of the damage and assist affected communities.
