The Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM) of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) presented their Belen at the 18th Belenismo sa Tarlac City 2025 on 4 November 2025.

NOLCOM Commander Lt. General Aristotle D. Gonzalez PAF, who was at the Opening and Pre-judging activity, cited that the Belen they made embodies the values of faith, unity, and service to the nation.

During the opening event, the Tarlac State University Cultural Dancers treated the audience with a captivating performance.

This year’s AFP Belen features a windmill design, representing the organization’s journey of transformation, grounded in faith, driven by purpose, and sustained by the spirit of service, a work of art meticulously crafted by the talented soldiers of the Armor Division of the Philippine Army.

Commander Gonzalez emphasized the significance of the military's involvement in cultural and community events, showcasing their commitment to both national defense and the well-being of the Filipino people.

The annual tradition features dazzling Nativity displays handcrafted by local artists, schools, churches, barangays, and private companies. Each entry showcases creativity and devotion through the use of local and recycled materials.

NOLCOM typically competes in the Grand Non-Municipal category of the competition and has achieved “hall of famer” status.

The NOLCOM Belen, situated at their headquarters in Camp General Servillano Aquino, Tarlac City, is a popular attraction that captivates residents and visitors during the Christmas season.
