Friends and family members gather at Heritage Memorial Park in Taguig City as they pay tribute to Emman Atienza on 04 November 2025. A bill has been filed at the Senate, which seeks to penalize cyber libel, online hate speech, and harassment, including expressions inciting hatred or discrimination based on one’s gender or sexuality, cyberstalking, and the non-consensual sharing of private information in honor of Emman Atienza.
