‘Good Morning America’ at 50: Empire State Building lights up

The Empire State Building shone in bright gold and blue on Sunday night (New York time) to celebrate the 50th anniversary of ABC’s Good Morning America.

ABC reported that even the One World Trade Center joined the celebration, lighting up in gold and blue to mark the milestone.

First premiered in 1975, Good Morning America is known for its warm and engaging delivery of news. Notable anchors include Robin Roberts, Michael Strahan, George Stephanopoulos, Lara Spencer, and Ginger Zee.
