I struggle myself… waking up often overwhelmed with “weird” energies I try to decipher. While I know there is a bigger collective karmic, and psycho-spiritual transition happening to all of us, the experience on the personal level is so real. And this is a common discussion with friends who feel this same overwhelming sense of having no control of our lives in our world today characterized by an underlying existential anxiety. This is made more obvious when we move through our daily lives with a kind of split consciousness. One looks to our linear lives with our work, relationships, goals (the familiar). The other is trying to understanding the higher energies of transformation and changes (the unknown!) The erratic energies around us today is something we need to deal with daily, moment by moment. This world we are in–defined by turmoil and corruption, geopolitical conflicts and threats of war, plus cosmic threats hover above us.
Let’s talk cosmic. Hidden now behind our sun, and within our solar system is the mysterious 3I/ATLAS, the third interstellar object ever confirmed to pass through our solar system. There has been news blackout in mainstream media (why?) but if you have been following news about this online, we know that this weekend this “thing” with energies and origins not native to our system just went behind our sun. Astronomers and scientists are all watching whether within three weeks, it’s speed accelerates by using the sun to gather energy.
This will affect us all energetically in some way. How? The cosmic influx of energies are subtly altered by an incoming “alien”, inter-stellar, beyond-system wave of high-frequency resonance, an energetic ripple if you like, which triggers shifts in the magnetic, subtle and internal fields of our planet and our bodies. (As of this writing, the hurricane in Jamaica/Cuba has happened, a monster typhoon is brewing in Asia and solar storms are intensifying). Because of a list of anomalies stating this is not your usual comet, some theories state that 3I/Atlas is an alien technology here to expand humanity’s DNAs with more cosmic light and open us to multi-dimensionality.
Now let’s bring in the cosmic-personal interplay as the energies converge: At the same time, astrologically, the heavens are aligning in a major way as transiting planets are forming what we call a “grand trine” in water signs: Jupiter in Cancer, Saturn in Pisces and Mars moving through Scorpio. The element of water, carries the moon’s rhythm, our emotional tides, the undercurrents of psyche. The effect? Heightened emotional sensitivity where moodiness and feelings stem deep from the subconscious; deeper intuition and receptivity and definitely more empathy is in the air. On the flip side, hidden grief, ancestral undercurrents and emotional trauma is being released to the surface. The energies invite us into the depths of feeling, into transformation, into healing.
So we are now working with two major cosmic “streams”. One is the interstellar visitor, 3I/ATLAS, reminding us that the larger cosmic field is shifting. The other is the grand trine, a classical astrological pattern of three planets now in water signs, creating a channel of emotional-energetic flow both intuitive and receptive.
The best recourse I do with my own personal energy shifts is to “sit” in the body. To really feel these affecting energies, rather than ignore them.. We may feel waves of sensitivity, disorientation, tremors in the subtle body, inner shaking of old paradigms. Our personal energy fields may have these effects: resonance, activation, destabilisation, and then integration. We may feel waves of grief, suppressed sadness, empathic overwhelm, intuitive insight. We may feel triggered by politics, by war, by the collective turmoil, by the sense of cosmic threat. This is not merely mental—it is visceral. Because the water element works through flow, through release, through depth, through surrender. The water trine gives the channel; the interstellar visitor gives the incoming wave. When combined, the effect is that emotional energy may be stirred from deep places, and our subtle body might pick up the cosmic “ping” of change, inviting us to shift our internal energy architecture.
And so we need to inhabit the body which becomes the bridge, the field of integration. Without grounding in the body, our subtle field is buffeted by waves without mooring; we become overwhelmed by energies we cannot decipher. So inhabiting the body means: bringing awareness to all the physical sensations we feel, aches, pains, loosening up… any sensation that speaks to us is a truth of the moment. In many religious or spiritual teachings, we are taught to “go above or beyond” the body, to transcend matter. But in this moment the call is not to bypass the body but to be deeply in it. To allow the body’s wisdom, the nervous system, the subtle energy field (chakras, meridians) to bear the currents and integrate them. The body becomes the container of transformation.
We are living in a time when the cosmic meets the personal. The astrological grand water trine invites emotional, intuitive transformation. The interstellar visitor 3I/ATLAS reminds us that change is not just personal or planetary but galactic. To hold these together we must inhabit the body, anchor our energy, feel our feelings, ground our being. When we do, we become vessels of integration, not victims of overwhelm. This is my personal practice: I find that each time I bring awareness to my body, each time I let the feeling move through me, I reconnect the linear and the unknown, the everyday and the cosmic, the human and the starborn.
