CAMP GEN. EFIGENIO NAVARRO, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro — In his bid to bring leadership closer to the men in the field, Police Regional Office (PRO) MIMAROPA Regional Director BGen. Jovencio S. Badua, Jr., traveled to Occidental Mindoro to bring the spirit of the Enhanced A.L.E.R.T.O. strategic agenda to the ground during his Command Visit to the Occidental Mindoro Police Provincial Office on 28 October 2025 at Camp Winston S. Ebersole, Brgy. San Roque, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.

Upon his arrival, Gen. Badua was accorded foyer honors and warmly welcomed by the personnel of Occidental Mindoro PPO, led by Col. Timoteo Espiritu, Provincial Director.

In his talk with personnel, Gen. Badua reaffirmed his commitment to bring leadership closer to the field and to reinforce the organization’s shared vision under the Enhanced A.L.E.R.T.O. (Anti-criminality and Law Enforcement through Responsive and Transformative Organization) strategic agenda.

“When I assumed office as your Regional Director, I said that I came not just to lead, but to learn, listen, and grow with all of you. Today, I am here to do exactly that — to hear your challenges, recognize your good practices, and strengthen our shared commitment to a safer and more peaceful MIMAROPA region,” he said.

He further emphasized Enhanced A.L.E.R.T.O. as the foundation of PRO MIMAROPA’s direction under his leadership.

“Our mission is clear: to prevent crime, enforce the law, and serve the people with honor and integrity. To turn this principle into action, we must live out the essence of our Enhanced A.L.E.R.T.O. — a culture of alertness, responsiveness, and genuine public service,” he added.

Anchoring his guidance on the Acting Chief, Philippine National Police’s (PNP) focused agenda and the administration’s call for a Bagong Pilipinas, the MIMAROPA top cop challenged personnel to embody the values of discipline, teamwork, and compassion in service.

“Let us embrace the Enhanced A.L.E.R.T.O. strategic agenda — upang taas-noo nating maipagmalaki sa ating mga kababayan, ‘Dito sa PRO MIMAROPA—Ang Pulis N’yo, A.L.E.R.T.O.!’” he concluded.

Through this visit, Gen. Badua continues to strengthen leadership presence across the region, reaffirming that effective leadership begins where service meets purpose.
