A new generation of cultural ambassadors has emerged as Tyrone Tan and Yza Thalia Uy were officially crowned Mr. and Ms. Chinatown Philippines 2025, marking the start of a new era that celebrates heritage, identity and modern Filipino-Chinese pride.
Held under the theme “Rooted in Culture, Elevated by Elegance,” this year’s competition showcased the strength, diversity, and creativity of the Chinese-Filipino youth. Tyrone and Yza stood out among an impressive roster of finalists for their charisma, advocacy, and deep appreciation for their cultural roots.
Completing the royal court are Kobe Chan and Julianna Huang, who were named first runners-up, while Naia Ching and Sheena Durano earned the titles of second runners-up.
