Park Bom's agency D Nation released a statement on Instagram regarding the alleged lawsuit against her former agency YG Entertainment due to alleged unpaid settlements
Korean Entertainment News Outlet Soompi published D Nation's statement denying Park Bom's allegations
“All settlements related to Park Bom’s 2NE1 activities have already been completed, and there is no record that the complaint uploaded to social media was ever filed,” D Nation said.
They also added that she "has halted all activities and is focusing on treatment and recovery."
According to D Nation they are doing all they can to help the singer "regain her health"
D Nation released the statement due to a now-deleted post from Park Bom herself where she posted a photo of a complaint titled “Complainant: Park Bom, Accused: Yang Hyun Suk," the founder of YG Entertainment
As stated by Soompi, her post was captioned as "Park Bom hates YG. Dear beloved citizens who use the internet, please look thoroughly into what YG did to Park Bom. Thank you."
In her complaint she alleged that "The accused failed to duly pay the profits generated from all activities in which the complainant participated including music releases, concerts, broadcasts, advertisements, events, lyric writing, and composing,” and claimed unpaid settlements of “64.27 trillion won”
Park Bom has ended her activities with 2NE1 in August.
Meanwhile in Febuary Actor Lee Min Ho denied allegations of being tied to the singer after she called him her "husband"
2NE1 is composed of Park Bom, Sandara Park, CL, and Minzy, they last perfomed in the Philippines in 2024 for a two-night concert.
