Brice Hernandez granted 12-hour leave from Senate detention to secure key docs

Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto III on Friday has approved a request from Blue Ribbon Committee Chairperson Senator Panfilo "Ping" Lacson to allow Engr. Brice Hernandez a 12-hour temporary leave from Senate detention.
