The release of the commemorative stamps coincided with the five-day state visit of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to the Republic of India from 4 to 8 August 2025, upon the invitation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

PhlPost issues stamps for Pope Leo XIV, PH-India ties anniversary

The Philippine Postal Corporation (PhlPost) has released a special commemorative stamp honoring His Holiness Pope Leo XIV in recognition of his historic election as the 268th Supreme Pontiff of the Roman Catholic Church. In addition, PhlPost unveiled a set of stamps celebrating the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Philippines and India, highlighting the longstanding partnership between the two nations.
