Apple TV+ has released the teaser for its upcoming cross-cultural song battle series titled KPOPPED, which brings together big names from both the Western and Korean pop music scenes.
The series stars singer-songwriters from Korea and the United States, including international sensation PSY, known for "Gangnam Style" and "Gentleman", and three-time Grammy Award-winner Megan Thee Stallion.
The eight-part competition is designed to pair Western artists with various K-pop groups to reimagine iconic hits with a K-pop twist.
Performances will be staged live in Seoul, South Korea, where the audience will vote for the best “K-popped” rendition of the night. The artists will have a limited time to rehearse and master their collaborative piece before taking the stage.

KPOPPED is set to premiere on Friday, 29 August.
