The Philippine government is set to expand its eGov PH Super App, adding features such as National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance processing, Beep Card integration for rail commuters, and access to the Bureau of Internal Revenue’s electronic Taxpayer Identification Number (eTIN) system.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. announced the upcoming additions during his fourth State of the Nation Address on Monday, highlighting the app’s role in advancing digital transformation and improving public service efficiency.

“The services that are surely practical for every Filipino continue to multiply. Now, over 40 government services, including those from local government units, are on the eGov app. Using the app, various government services and processes that we used to line up for can now be done and settled,” Marcos said.

He stressed the benefits of the digital platform, stating, “No lines. No fixers. No corruption.”

Launched in 2023, the eGov PH Super App consolidates services from various government agencies, including the Land Transportation Office, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund and GSIS.

It supports functions such as driver’s license renewal, PhilSys ID retrieval, overseas Filipino worker document processing, job application biodata creation, and access to official news and advisories.

According to Malacañang, the platform has attracted more than 14 million users and processed over 200 million transactions.

The eGov PH Super App has also received international recognition, including the United Nations E-Government Award and two GovMedia awards in Singapore for digital transformation and e-governance.
