In celebration of International Tiger Day, a tiger cub plays on the grass at the compound of the Zoobic Safari Theme Park in Subic Bay Freeport. The theme park has more or less 50 tigers in its enclosure, including tiger cubs, as the company races to conserve the species despite not being native to Subic Bay Freeport.
The theme park also has breeding programs that follow global standards to help maintain genetic diversity. They are also conducting education and awareness thru tours, talks, and interactive exhibits, that educate thousands of visitors every year about the importance of tiger conservation and how small actions can lead to big changes.
