CAAP: 27 flights canceled due to typhoons

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) reported widespread flight disruptions Friday morning due to severe weather brought on by Typhoons Dante and Emong.

As of 9 a.m., a total of 27 flights had been canceled by various airlines, CAAP said.

The affected flights include domestic and international routes operated by Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific.

Philippine Airlines cancellations:

  • PR 2197: Laoag – Manila

  • PR 2932: Manila – Basco
