The queen of Runway is back — and she hasn’t aged a day.
Meryl Streep was spotted in New York City on Wednesday, July 23, as filming began for the much-anticipated The Devil Wears Prada 2. Nearly two decades after she first immortalized the icy, no-nonsense fashion editor Miranda Priestly, the three-time Oscar winner effortlessly slipped back into the role — complete with her character’s iconic white bob and impeccable style.
Seen striding through Midtown Manhattan, Streep, 76, turned heads in a sleek khaki trench coat, a belted brown pencil skirt, and a striking purple V-neck blouse. She completed the look with matching pumps, dark sunglasses, and understated gold earrings — exuding the same commanding aura that made Miranda Priestly a pop culture legend.
The sequel to the 2006 fashion-world classic is slated to hit theaters on May 1, 2026. And if these first glimpses are anything to go by, we’re in for another stylish — and savage — ride.
That’s all.
