Mazda makes premium easy

Mazda Philippines is making it a little easier for customers eyeing a new SUV to take the plunge. From now until 30 September 2025, the company is offering special financing options for the CX-5, CX-8 and CX-60 models through Security Bank, BDO Unibank and PGA Insurance.

For those interested in Mazda’s top-tier CX-60, there’s a 24-month zero-interest plan available, but it comes with a catch, you’ll need to put down 50 percent upfront. This applies to both the 3.3L AWD HEV Turbo and the higher-trim Turbo-D Sport versions. The deal is subject to Security Bank’s approval.

The CX-60 is Mazda’s current flagship SUV, blending upscale design with a solid mix of power and efficiency. It’s built on Mazda’s Large Platform with a rear-biased all-wheel drive layout, and under the hood is a 3.3-liter turbocharged inline-6 engine, offered in both gas and diesel. Both variants also come with Mazda’s M Hybrid Boost system, which recycles braking energy to power some of the car’s electrical functions.

The CX-60 stays true to Mazda’s reputation for top-notch interiors. Depending on the variant, it’s fitted with either black or tan Nappa leather seats, paired with quilted suede inserts and seat ventilation. A 12-speaker Bose sound system and the latest Mazda Connect interface, with seamless smartphone connectivity, round out the cabin.

THE Mazda CX-60 AWD HEV Turbo is offered at zero interest for up to 24 months.

If you’re looking for something a bit more budget-friendly, the CX-5 and CX-8 are being offered with an all-in P199,000 down payment. These come with a 60-month loan term at reduced interest rates, plus three years of free comprehensive insurance from PGA Insurance. BDO will be handling the financing approval for these two models.

Both the CX-5 and CX-8 follow Mazda’s KODO design philosophy — smooth lines, a strong stance, and just the right amount of flair. The five-seater CX-5 comes packed with features like black leather seats with orange stitching, powered front seats, an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, and a 10-speaker Bose audio system.

The CX-8, on the other hand, offers more space and flexibility with either a six- or seven-seat layout. The interior uses Deep Red Nappa leather and real wood trim. It runs on a 2.5-liter Skyactiv-G engine that’s tuned for a balance of performance and fuel efficiency.

All vehicles bought under these promos also come with Mazda’s 5-Year Free Service Plan. This covers the cost of periodic maintenance every six months or 10,000 kilometers — whichever comes first — up to 100,000 kilometers. The usual 3-year bumper-to-bumper warranty applies, with the CX-60’s hybrid battery getting its own 5-year warranty.

Mazda Philippines is represented locally by Bermaz Auto Philippines, with 13 dealerships spread across the country. If you’ve been eyeing a new SUV with premium touches and a solid ownership package, this might be a good time to check out what Mazda’s offering.

MAZDA CX-5 comes with a P199K all-in downpayment and includes free three-year insurance.
