Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) is turning 20 — and it’s rolling out the red carpet, literally. Starting 28 June, guests can experience The Most Magical Party of All, a year-long extravaganza of music, food, fashion and fantasy.

Earlier this spring, more than 500 media personalities, influencers, and Disney fans from across Asia and beyond got a glittering sneak peek: A one-day-only fashion showcase right on Main Street, USA Mickey, Minnie, Duffy and Friends, plus a crowd of beloved characters, showed off dazzling new party outfits designed for maximum mix-and-match magic—perfect for that Insta-worthy park selfie.
From daylight dazzle to nighttime sparkle
“This 20th anniversary is a day-to-night magical party that builds excitement as the day unfolds,” said Paul Rivet, executive director of Entertainment at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. “We’re elevating Disney entertainment to new heights with three unforgettable experiences — a castle stage show, our largest-ever parade, and the most spectacular nighttime show in our history.”
Here are what’s in store for guests:
Party at the Castle! This high-energy, 15-minute live show fuses pop beats, electric choreography, and your favorite Disney characters in custom anniversary looks. Mickey and friends are joined by Disney royalty like Belle, Aurora and Tiana, all in dazzling new ensembles. With LED screens, balloons, fog jets and pyrotechnics, the Castle of Magical Dreams transforms into a full-on festival stage.
“Friendtastic!” Parade. The biggest parade in HKDL history? Yes! Featuring 11 massive floats and over 100 performers, this colorful cavalcade brings to life fan favorites from Zootopia, Encanto, Turning Red, Big Hero 6, and more. First-ever appearances by Officer Clawhauser, Red Panda Mei, and Isabela Madrigal make this a must-see.
“Momentous: Party in the Night Sky!” The grand finale is a nighttime spectacle of drones, lasers, fountains, and flames. This 30-minute show blends beloved Disney memories with cutting-edge tech — capped off with a glowing “2” and Mickey head in the sky, forming the signature 20th anniversary logo beside the Castle. It’s pure Disney magic, frozen in time.

Of course, no epic party is complete without indulgence. Guests can savor over 80 exclusive food and beverage creations across the park and resort hotels. Think character-themed desserts, festive drinks and Instagram-worthy bites to keep you fueled for fun.
