List of areas with class suspensions on 19 July 2025

Multiple provinces suspended classes on Saturday, 19 July, due to heavy rains and strong winds brought by tropical storm Crising.

In Batangas, the municipalities of Balayan and Calatagan canceled classes at all levels in both public and private schools.

Baguio City and La Trinidad, Benguet suspended classes from pre-school to graduate studies in all institutions.

In Cagayan, Tuguegarao City ordered a full suspension of classes at all levels, public and private.

Laguna likewise declared a province-wide suspension for all levels in both sectors.

In Pangasinan, the following areas suspended in-person classes at all levels:

• Dagupan City – all levels, public and private

• Malasiqui – face-to-face classes only

• San Carlos City – face-to-face classes only

Authorities advised residents to monitor updates from local disaster officials and stay alert for further weather advisories.
