BDO Foundation was honored as one of the 2025 Outstanding BSP Stakeholders during the annual appreciation ceremony of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) held at its head office on July 18, 2025.

In a video message played during the event, BDO Foundation President Mario Deriquito expressed gratitude for the recognition and reaffirmed the foundation’s commitment to financial education.

“On behalf of BDO Foundation, let me thank the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas for our long-standing partnership. This recognition will further inspire us to keep finding creative ways to bring financial education closer to everyday life and to help build a financially literate citizenry. Maraming salamat, BSP!,” Deriquito said.

The BSP announced 30 outstanding institutional partners of its Manila Head Office during the 2025 Outstanding BSP Stakeholders Appreciation Ceremony (OBSAC), which has been held annually since 2004.

BSP Governor Eli M. Remolona, Jr., who led the ceremony, said: “As we bestow our latest set of awards, we recognize that the two decades of OBSAC are evidence of the rare community of partners that the BSP is blessed with. We hope you, our partners, take pride in the role you play in the BSP’s efforts to provide an enabling environment for growth.”

The central bank also acknowledged partner organizations that promote its special advocacies, including financial inclusion, digitalization, proper handling of banknotes and coins, and cyber hygiene.
