Converge ICT Solutions Inc., one of the country’s top broadband providers, has unveiled a refreshed corporate identity, signaling its transformation from a traditional telco into a full-fledged technology company.
The new logo was introduced during the company’s Mid-Year Townhall on July 15, where executives also outlined Converge’s growth strategy and performance for the first half of 2025.
“This new corporate identity was created with the future in mind,” said Converge President and Co-Founder Maria Grace Uy. “We’re at an inflection point in our journey — from simply connecting people through fiber broadband to delivering digital-first, value-added solutions. Our transformation into a full-fledged techco is well underway, and this refreshed identity captures that momentum. It represents our charge to go from fiber to the future, a future where technology and humanity converge.”
The redesigned logo features three upward-flowing swoosh strands forming the letter “C,” symbolizing connectivity, intelligence, and experience — the company’s key pillars of progress.
“The strands convey movement, energy, and growth — mirroring our mission to go beyond building networks to enriching lives and enabling dreams,” said CEO Dennis Anthony Uy. “It’s a visual representation for how we’re leaping into the future — together with our customers, partners, and communities.”
Converge retained its signature teal color but introduced a deeper shade to reflect its stronger focus on innovation and technology. The new logo will be used across all company materials and product lines, including FiberX, BIDA, and Surf2Sawa.
Alongside its new look, Converge rolled out an updated Vision, Mission, and set of Core Values as part of a full corporate refresh.
Its new vision is “to be the foremost technology leader that powers the digital journeys of tomorrow, uplifting the human spirit and moving the country forward.” The mission now centers on “enriching everyday life through inspired innovations and human-centric solutions.”
To carry out these goals, Converge will uphold new core values: Malasakit, Innovation, Customer Centricity, Excellence, Passion for Learning, Inclusivity, and Courage.
The company also introduced a new Employee Value Proposition aimed at aligning its workforce with its transformation goals and fostering a shared sense of purpose.
In line with its rebranding, Converge announced key leadership changes effective July 1.
Benjamin Rex Emilio B. Azada has been appointed Chief Operations Officer following the retirement of long-time executive Jesus “Boboy” Romero. Azada previously served as Chief Sustainability Officer, a role now held by Atty. Laurice Esteban-Tuason, who concurrently serves as Corporate Compliance and Data Protection Officer.
Meanwhile, Deputy CFO Christine Renee Blabagno has been named Chief Risk Officer, tasked with strengthening the company’s strategic risk management.
Azada also turned over his commercial duties to John Paul Aguilar, who now heads the Consumer and SME Business Unit.
“The future really looks exciting and brighter for Converge. With a fresh vision and broader mission, we are charging ahead with this new brand identity, but at the heart of it all is really our commitment to leave no one behind in this digital age — to make sure that technology serves humanity,” Azada said.
