Whistleblower Julie Patidongan (Totoy) along with the families of the 34 and more missing sabungeros, took their oath before the National Police Commission on 14 July in Quezon City, as part of the filing of a complaint affidavit against police officers allegedly involved in the disappearance of the sabungeros.
