Omoda and Jaecoo Motor Philippines Inc. is wasting no time. Since launching in February 2025, the brand has been steadily building its presence across the country. In just under five months, they now have eight dealerships up and running across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
The latest additions to the growing network are Philman Motors in General Trias, Cavite, and Goldfield Motors in Iloilo City. This brings their current footprint to two dealerships in Luzon (outside Metro Manila), three in Metro Manila, two in the Visayas, and one in Mindanao.
General Trias is particularly special for the company. Unlike their previous locations, this one is the first to be built entirely from the ground up. The dealership, led by Mr. Frederick Tan, broke ground on 5 June 2025. Executives from both Omoda and Jaecoo Philippines and the local dealership team took part in the groundbreaking ceremony, which marked an important step in their push to serve the Southern Luzon market better.
The General Trias branch will be a 3S facility, which means it’s equipped for sales, service, and spare parts. Once completed, it will have a sleek showroom that can house up to three display vehicles and offer full customer support. The 126-square-meter site is scheduled to be finished by the third quarter of 2025. While construction is ongoing, operations will be handled through a temporary pop-up facility, ensuring that customers can still explore the brand’s offerings in the meantime.
Over in the Visayas, the Iloilo branch officially opened its doors on 28 June. It’s being operated by Goldfield Motors Sales, led by Engr. Felvin L. Gurrea. Known in the region for his experience in construction equipment and tools, Gurrea is now bringing that business acumen to the automotive industry. This Iloilo dealership marks Omoda and Jaecoo’s second in the Visayas, after Cebu City.
The Iloilo opening also happened to be the first dealership event attended by the company’s new country director, Mr. Marc Zhang. Joining him were brand executives, local representatives, and Iloilo City Mayor Jerry P. Treñas. The event was both a celebration and a symbol of confidence in the brand’s future in the region.
What sets Omoda and Jaecoo Iloilo apart is their full-service approach. The dealership offers a complete range of services — from product consultations and test drives to actual purchase, delivery, and after-sales care. It’s built to support customers throughout the entire car ownership experience, offering convenience and peace of mind. For Goldfield Motors, it’s also a leap into the personal mobility space, adding another layer to its growing business portfolio.
As Omoda and Jaecoo continue to expand, they remain focused on making stylish, future-forward cars more accessible to Filipinos. The two new dealerships in Cavite and Iloilo reflect this mission clearly: to build strong local partnerships, invest in infrastructure, and bring modern mobility solutions to more communities across the country.
With more branches expected to follow, Omoda and Jaecoo are proving that they’re not just here to play catch-up — they’re aiming to be a key player in the Philippine automotive scene.
