Vista Land launched three new residential developments in the Visayas during “Synchrony: Connected Living in the Visayas Region,” a showcase that highlighted the company’s vision for growth across Dumaguete, Cebu, and Iloilo.

The event brought together business partners and stakeholders to explore how connectivity, culture, and community design are shaping the future of residential living in the region. Vista Land executives said the initiative reflects the company's response to shifting urban patterns and the emergence of strategic growth corridors throughout the Visayas.

In his welcome remarks, Engr. Ric Pallesco, Vista Land Group Head for South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, emphasized the role of expanding infrastructure in driving regional growth.

"These road networks are foundational forces making our newest residential developments both scalable and sustainable," Pallesco said. "As regional economies reach their potential, Vista Land positions itself at its intersections, where accessibility meets aspiration, and where residential vision meets real-world opportunities."

Hosted by Vanessa Caro, the event featured cultural performances by the Sidlangan Dance Company and a presentation by Vista Land’s Strategic Commercial Assets Division, which introduced commercial land and leasing opportunities across the region. The evening concluded with a ceremonial toast by company executives, symbolizing a unified commitment to regional development.

The highlight of Synchrony was the presentation of residential developments across Dumaguete City, Cebu, and Iloilo, built to respond to the evolving needs of Visayan families and communities.

Developments across the Visayas

The three featured projects were Camella Orilla in Dumaguete, Camella Montevia in Cebu, and Harland Place in Savannah, Iloilo.

Camella Orilla offers proximity to Dumaguete North Road and downtown via the Bacolod Economic Highway. Positioned near Sibulan Airport, it is designed for Overseas Filipinos and retirees seeking a quiet but connected lifestyle.

Camella Montevia in Talamban, Cebu, is located near South Road Properties and key institutions, offering residential convenience for families and working professionals.

In Iloilo, Harland Place will rise within Georgia, the province’s largest lifestyle district. Targeted toward young professionals, the development will benefit from improved access through the ongoing construction of the Iloilo-Capiz-Aklan Expressway and the continued expansion of the Iloilo International Airport.

Vista Land said the projects are tailored to respond to the evolving needs of Visayan communities while aligning with the region’s infrastructure and economic growth trajectory.

Harland Place in Savannah, Iloilo will rise, an enclave of themed residential developments built for professionals advancing in their careers.
