A social media campaign by Taiwan Excellence is resonating with Filipinos online, promoting the Taiwanese cultural value of finding enjoyment in the pursuit of excellence. The campaign, centered around the hashtag #BestDoneisFun, aims to inspire Filipinos to embrace this perspective in all aspects of life.

The #BestDoneisFun jingle and music video has garnered significant attention on Facebook, accumulating over 480,000 views and more than 4,000 comments. The campaign highlights a common Taiwanese viewpoint where striving for excellence is seen not as a stressful obligation but as an enjoyable activity.

Taiwan Excellence PH hosted a social media contest, inviting hundreds of Filipinos to share personal stories of their proudest moments. Entries included moving narratives from parents, resilient individuals pursuing career dreams, and those who have overcome lifelong struggles, all embodying the spirit of excellence.

Following the success of the music video, Taiwan Excellence PH is currently releasing an episodic, short-form video series on social media. The series features popular internet personalities such as Kat Galang, Billy Jake Cortez, Ar Angel Aviles, and Divine Aucina. Each episode highlights socio-cultural practices and fun facts about how "Best Done is Fun" in Taiwan.

The first episode, presented as a romantic comedy, showcases the Taiwanese practice of punctuality as a sign of respect. Episode 2 depicts a daydream sequence, emphasizing the high quality of Taiwanese semiconductors through the portrayal of long-lasting electronics.

The most recent installment focuses on "green flags" in a partner, illustrating Taiwanese traits like a strong work ethic, warm hospitality, and a family-oriented nature.

The ongoing series promises more insights into Taiwanese culture through entertaining short-form videos.

Upcoming episodes will explore Taiwanese travel destinations like the cold beaches of Taitung and Hualien, the country's 100 percent ban on plastic cups in cafes, and will conclude by featuring Taiwan's world-famous street food delicacy, Stinky Tofu.
