According to the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), the suspects were both tagged as Most Wanted Persons at the municipal level.
In Bulacan, the Tracker Team of the Santa Maria Municipal Police Station arrested Crisanto Leonardo y Sigua, 40, a butcher from Barangay Poblacion, Santa Maria. He was nabbed based on a warrant of arrest for Statutory Rape by Sexual Intercourse under Criminal Case No. 64-STM-2025. The order, issued by Judge April Anne M. Meanwhile, in Zambales, police officers from San Antonio MPS, with the help of the Maritime Law Enforcement Team, caught Eduardo Frondarina y Batinga, 68, a musician from Barangay San Juan, San Antonio. He was arrested in nearby Barangay Rizal by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Maribel F. Mariano-Beltran of Family Court Branch 13 in Iba, Zambales — also without bail.
