Jen Calma Sarmiento, creative director behind the brand Coco & Tres, is a dentist by profession and a housewife by choice. She named her brand after her children, twins Franco and Enrico and her eldest son Tres. She transformed her yearning for purpose into a bold mission to make quality Filipino products, and started with handcrafted ladies’ handbags made in Marikina and marketed globally.

Coco & Tres has honored Philippine culture and tradition through its global pursuits. In 2017, fueled by the need for daily wearable functional clothing using weaves from different communities all over the country, Coco & Tres ventured into clothing. It started with a limited capsule collection of accessory wear selling just two things: A multi-purpose tapis and a reversible vest. Now it is known for using a mix of colors, textures of weaves and cutout designs for denim pants, skirts and dresses.

Coco & Tres reimagines heritage weaves as living art -- fusing traditional patterns with modern silhouettes and using softer fabrics for comfort. Every piece celebrates Filipino identity, fashion and inclusivity enjoyed by everyone every day.

Discover what it’s all about in its first pop-up store at the R2 New Wing Powerplant Mall, Rockwell for the months of June and July.

They will be joined by guest brands, which will be changed every month. For the month of June guest brands are Tina Campos Jewelry from Cebu, Wittam Bautista of PINTA/Pika Pika for home and R. Filart for quirky rattan wicker handbags.
