Just days after pulling the covers off its ultra-luxe 009 Grand Collector’s Edition, Zeekr is already back in the spotlight, this time with the all-new 9X, a tech-packed flagship SUV that made its global debut at the 2025 Shanghai Auto Show.
The 9X is Zeekr’s first-ever hybrid, combining the benefits of both battery electric (BEV) and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) systems. A vehicle that delivers not just power and speed, but range and efficiency, too.
At the heart of the 9X is CATL’s Xiaoyao battery, which helps it achieve an impressive electric-only range of over 380 kilometers, putting it at the top of the heap for hybrid SUVs. And if you’re wondering about performance, it goes from zero to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds, powered by a 2.0-liter hybrid engine that puts out 205 kW.
But Zeekr didn’t stop at speed. The 9X also comes with dual-chamber air suspension and active stabilizer bars for a smoother, more controlled ride when you’re cruising on the expressway or stuck in city traffic.
Outside, the design is head-turning. One of its most striking features? Over 42,000 laser-engraved, diamond-cut facets on the headlamps, creating a lighting pattern that mimics a starry night sky.
Inside, the tech game steps up even further. The 9X debuts Zeekr’s new G-Pilot H9 system, which combines dual Thor chips, five LiDAR sensors, and 1,400 TOPS of computing power to offer Level 3 autonomous driving features — meaning the car can handle itself in certain conditions without driver intervention.
The 9X is set to roll out globally by the third quarter of 2025. Around the same time, Zeekr also plans to launch its V4 Ultra-Fast charging network, which promises peak outputs of up to 1.3 megawatts.
In the Philippines, Zeekr is under the wing of the Autohub Group, with its main showroom located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
