MANILA, Philippines — DoubleDragon has unveiled its newest project, Hotel101-Roxas Boulevard, a 700-room development poised to become the largest hotel along Roxas Boulevard. The project marks a major step toward the company’s global expansion goals and is expected to generate P5.25 billion in unit sales.
Hotel101-Roxas Boulevard will stand approximately 129 meters tall, with amenities designed to serve both business and leisure travelers. These include function and convention facilities, a swimming pool, co-working and business center areas, a gym, and a signature all-day dining restaurant on the 34th floor offering panoramic views of Manila Bay.
Construction is expected to begin in the second half of 2025, with target completion by the second half of 2028.
This landmark project is part of DoubleDragon’s broader Hotel101 Global vision of reaching 50,000 operating rooms in the Philippines and 1 million rooms globally across 100 countries. The hotel brand’s asset-light, exportable model features pre-selling of units followed by long-term recurring income from operations.
Hotel101 uses a dynamic pricing system for room bookings, similar to airline ticketing, with rates that fluctuate based on real-time demand and availability. Its scalable business model is designed to bring sustained US dollar inflows into the Philippine economy.
"Our team is fully committed to making Hotel101 a global hospitality brand that Filipinos can be proud of," the company said in a statement. "With hard work and perseverance, we aim to bring this proudly Filipino concept to the world stage."
