On election day, poll watchdogs Kontra Daya and Vote Report PH opened a vote monitoring center to encourage the public to report election irregularities nationwide.
Voters can report various election irregularities, including automated counting machine (ACM) errors, vote-buying, red-tagging, black propaganda, disenfranchisement, non-compliance with voting procedures, harassment, violence, and other poll-related incidents.
Reports can be sent via text message:
A. Register your number by texting "HELP"
B. Send your report using the format:
"REPORT<space>Name/Location and Precinct ID/Your Report" (Ex. REPORT Andre/QC/Politician X is buying votes)
C. Send the same text to 0948 146 8304

B. Mention the following details:
Date of incident
Time of incident
Location (precinct number/school/voting center)
Barangay
City/Municipality
Region
Specify the type of incident

Voters are also encouraged to report by posting with the hashtags #KontraDaya and #VoteReportPH on social media platforms (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok), along with the required details.

About 68 million Filipinos are expected to cast their votes from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
