Local venture builder Talino Venture Studios has launched Bahai Deals, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered property platform designed to help local developers tap the global Filipino market.

Speaking at a media briefing on Tuesday, Talino president and CEO Winston Damarillo said the platform offers property listings, financing, and end-to-end processing, with sales already reaching P1 billion or equivalent to 100,000 homes. Talino aims to fully roll out the platform by the middle of the year.

The platform, which is still in its initial phase, uses artificial intelligence to match buyers with properties based on lifestyle, budget, and goals. It also automates lead generation, accepts multiple payment methods, and integrates mortgage services powered by Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC).

“We can further harness the opportunity to expand our local builders’ access to the global Filipino market, who are some of the most capable investors in the world. Bahai Deals brings together builders, bankers, and brokers to make home buying easy, convenient, and secure for global Filipinos,” Damarillo said.

Citing a 2023 Pew Research Center report, he noted that 31 percent of Filipino Americans want to return to the Philippines.

“For builders, selling through Bahai Deals would cost them way less than other options; and for our hardworking global Filipinos, this is where they could find properties with the lowest possible price from the best real estate companies in the country,” he added.

RCBC supports the platform by powering its mortgage process, offering loan pre-approval, application, and processing.

“RCBC is excited to collaborate with Talino through Bahai Deals, enabling global Filipinos to access seamless, secure, and affordable home loan solutions wherever they are in the world,” said Lito Villanueva, RCBC executive vice president and Chief Innovation and Inclusion Officer.

“This partnership with Talino reinforces our commitment to inclusive digital finance, bridging global aspirations with local opportunities in Philippine real estate.”
