If not mishaps, flyers face violent passengers and weirdos on board.

A Southwest Airlines flight to Chicago from Philadelphia on 26 April exposed passengers to one of the most disgusting behaviors on a plane. As Flight 418 was landing at Midway Airport, a female passenger stripped naked and pooped on her seat, NBC News and New York Post reported.

Chicago police and emergency responders were called to the airport, but there were no details on what happened to the woman. The airline, though, apologized to the passengers for the incident and put the plane concerned out of service for cleaning.

Meanwhile, a professional Formula One racer learned how strict the motorsport’s world governing body FIA is when it comes to competition attendance.

F1 drivers must be on the circuit for the national anthem of the country hosting the competition before the start of the race. At last month’s Japanese Grand Prix, Williams driver Carlos Sainz of Spain arrived late to the Suzuka grid, CNN reported,

The FIA fined Sainz 10,000 euros for the offense. He was supposed to be fined the minimum 40,000 euros for first-time offenders, but a doctor verified that Sainz had experienced stomach issues prior to the race that required him to go to the toilet, according to CNN.

Nevertheless, the 10,000-euro fine was still high, prompting Mercedes driver George Russell to jokingly call Sainz’s toilet break a “pretty expensive poo,” CNN reports.
