The iconic "Scream" franchise is returning for its seventh installment, and fans have plenty to scream about — "Scream 7" is reuniting original cast members Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, Matthew Lillard, and David Arquette, in a move that brings nostalgia and suspense back to the forefront.

Neve Campbell, who rose to fame as the franchise's resilient final girl Sidney Prescott, is set to return, marking her first appearance since sitting out "Scream VI."

Courteney Cox reprises her role as journalist Gale Weathers, while Matthew Lillard, last seen in the 1996 original, returns amid fan theories about his character’s fate.

David Arquette’s reappearance as Dewey Riley also has fans intrigued following his character’s dramatic arc in the previous films.

Joining them are returning younger cast members Mason Gooding and Jasmin Savoy Brown, both of whom debuted in "Scream (2022)" and quickly became fan favorites.

Also confirmed is Scott Foley, adding more mystery to the ensemble.

Directed by franchise veteran Kevin Williamson and written by Guy Busick and James Vanderbilt, "Scream 7" is set to blend the legacy of the original trilogy with the energy of a new generation, promising a fresh yet familiar take on Ghostface’s return.

Production is underway, with the release date yet to be announced.
