Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank) recently received the award for the “Most Innovative Banking Application” at the 12th Annual International Finance Awards (IFA) 2024.

The IFA recognized the bank’s mobile banking app for facilitating seamless and safe financial transactions for fund transfers, account opening, bills payment and investing in government bonds.

“This IFA award reaffirms LandBank’s drive for transforming the banking landscape in the Philippines,” LandBank president and chief executive officer Lynette Ortiz said.

The app has attracted over two million users. With a growth rate of 94 percent in transactions volume, the app has processed over 106 million transactions worth more than P450 billion.

“We will remain steadfast in developing innovative banking solutions, staying true to our promise of empowering Filipinos for a better future,” Ortiz said.
