Kiefer Ravena and Diana Mackey are expecting their first child

Basketball star Kiefer Ravena and his fiancée, beauty queen Diana Mackey, are set to embark on a new journey as they prepare to welcome their first child.

Ravena shared the exciting news on Instagram on Tuesday, posting a heartfelt photo featuring an ultrasound image while embracing Mackey.

"MARCHing together in this beautiful journey with @dianacmackey," he captioned the post. "You are amazing, and you are destined to be a super mommy. ❤️ We can’t wait to see you, Litol One (little one) 👶🏻 With your guidance, Lord," he added.

The couple got engaged in October 2024, the same month they officially announced their relationship. Their romance was first confirmed when Mackey, a former Pinoy Big Brother: Otso housemate, made their relationship public through an Instagram post.

Ravena, a former Gilas Pilipinas standout, currently plays as an import for the Yokohama B-Corsairs in Japan’s B.League.
