See-Lim built a four-point lead over Vicente Siy-Paul Griba in the overall team net category.
In the overall team gross, Gan-Sara combined for 142 in stroke play to lead by seven shots over Liberato Tan-David George.
Sara seized the lead in the individual class after carding a four-under-par 68, one shot ahead of Jude Eustaquio.
