FPRRD's attorney files petition for TRO following arrest

Atty. Israelito Torreon, representing former President Rodrigo Duterte, filed a petition with the Supreme Court in Manila on Tuesday, 11 March 2025, seeking a temporary restraining order (TRO) against Duterte’s arrest and urging the government to halt cooperation with the International Criminal Court (ICC).
