Paul Mercado designated as DICT OIC

Malacañan Palace designates Undersecretary Paul Joseph Mercado as the Officer-in-Charge of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).

This came following the resignation of former Secretary Ivan John Uy.

Mercado serves as the DICT’s Undersecretary for Special Concerns.
