Kaunlad Pinoy Partylist (#133) continued its grassroots outreach in Caloocan City, focusing on economic empowerment and financial literacy to promote small businesses and livelihood growth.

The event, led by Kaunlad Pinoy first nominee James “Kuya Choi” Napoles and 1-Rider Partylist Representative Col. Bonifacio Bosita, brought together local residents, market vendors, and aspiring entrepreneurs eager to learn ways to sustain and grow their businesses.

Napoles emphasized the value of positive thinking in overcoming challenges, saying, “The most effective defense against negativity is knowing how to make money.”

He encouraged the audience to embrace business education, financial literacy and access to resources for self-sufficiency.

Kaunlad Pinoy introduced initiatives aimed at supporting local micro and small businesses, including lower-cost supplies, financial assistance programs and entrepreneurial training.

The event also featured a lively karaoke session with Napoles, Bosita and attendees, fostering camaraderie and strengthening the connection between the movement and the community.

This visit is part of Kaunlad Pinoy’s broader mission to uplift communities through sustainable livelihood programs and financial literacy. The group is touring various barangays and cities to better understand local needs and challenges.

As the elections approach, Kaunlad Pinoy Partylist (#133) said it aims to bring its vision of a self-sustaining entrepreneurial community to the national stage, advocating for policies benefiting small business owners and hardworking Filipinos.

“Positive thinking. Nothing is impossible if we work together to progress!” Napoles said.
