Cocktails and horsepower

Enrique Garcia

A premium dry gin and a luxury car — it’s the kind of pairing you don’t see every day. It happened at the launch of the Ferrari 12Cilindri. Hosted at the Velocità Motors showroom in San Juan City, the evening seemed to focus less on typical glamour and more on genuinely appreciating quality.

The Ferrari 12Cilindri was the main attraction. It was something special — sleek, powerful and exactly what you’d expect from Ferrari. But surprisingly, another highlight was actually the gin.

Archangel Reserve Premium Dry Gin was featured at the event, served in two specially crafted cocktails: a straightforward Classic Gin & Tonic and the crowd-favorite Rosso 12. The Rosso 12, a clever nod to Ferrari’s iconic red color and powerful V12 engine, mixed Campari with a splash of pomegranate and quickly became a hit among guests.

Archangel Reserve itself is a 90-proof premium gin bottled in a distinctive emerald-green bottle, created to celebrate the 190-year heritage of Ginebra San Miguel. People have described it as smooth, slightly complex, and ideal for anyone who enjoys spirits with a refined taste.
