The Land Transportation Office–National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) on Thursday reaffirmed its support for the LAB FOR ALL (LFA) initiative, a flagship project of First Lady Louise Araneta-Marcos in collaboration with National Government Agencies, Local Government Units, and the Private Sector.

Since its launch in May 2023, LFA has reached 40 locations, providing essential services to many communities nationwide.

As part of the program, LTO-NCR has been actively deploying LTO-On-Wheels, a mobile unit designed to make transactions more accessible to the public.

LTO-NCR Regional Director Roque "Rox" Verzosa III emphasized the agency’s commitment to bringing its services closer to the people.

“The LTO-NCR is proud to be part of the LAB FOR ALL initiative. Through our LTO-On-Wheels project, we are able to provide Student Permits, Driver’s License Renewals, (Non-Professional and Professional), and Motor Vehicle Renewal Registration right where they are needed,” he said.

In 2024, LTO-NCR joined LFAs in the cities of Mandaluyong, Quezon, Pasig, and Pasay, serving thousands of motorists and residents. This year, it has already participated in the Navotas LFA Caravan, reinforcing its commitment to accessible and efficient public service.

Verzosa said that as the LAB FOR ALL initiative expands, the LTO-NCR continues to strengthen its presence in future caravans, ensuring that transportation-related services remain within reach of every Filipino.
