Nuvali reinforces its position as the regional Central Business District of CALABARZON with the establishment of the Santa Rosa Civic Complex.
The two-hectare development, a joint venture of Ayala Land’s Nuvali Estate and the City Government of Santa Rosa, will house a convention center, a City One-Stop Shop, sports facilities, and a command center.
“This partnership is a significant milestone in advancing Nuvali’s role as the heart of progress in the South. The presence of the Santa Rosa Civic Complex within Nuvali enhances access to government services while aligning with our vision of creating a world-class, future-proof development,” Christopher Maglanoc, senior vice president and group head of Ayala Land Estates Inc., said.
Nuvali integrates residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational spaces into a thriving community. The addition of Santa Rosa Civic Complex transforms the estate into a complete and future-ready economic hub that brings governance, business and lifestyle together.
“We are excited to collaborate with Nuvali in bringing essential government services closer to the people. This initiative ensures a seamless and efficient experience for our constituents, promoting public-private partnership. As Nuvali Estate continues its rapid evolution as the South’s leading mixed-use development, this partnership further exemplifies Ayala Land’s commitment to building livable communities and making businesses thrive,” Arlene Arcillas, Mayor of the City Government of Santa Rosa, said.
Nuvali Estate continues to set the benchmark for integrated urban planning, sustainability, and regional economic development. The civic complex will serve as a catalyst for new investment opportunities, attracting businesses and institutions that seek a well-connected and future-forward location.
