Listed property developer Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), through its unit Ayala Land Estates Inc., will build a two-hectare Santa Rosa Civic Complex at the Nuvali Estate to enhance access to government services and drive economic growth in the region.
Ayala Land Estates announced on Tuesday that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the City Government of Santa Rosa for the construction of the project, which will include a convention center, a City One-Stop Shop, sports facilities, and a command center, integrating governance, business, and lifestyle in one location.
"This partnership is a significant milestone in advancing Nuvali’s role as the heart of progress in the South," said Ayala Land Estates senior vice president and group head Christopher Maglanoc.
"The presence of the Santa Rosa Civic Complex within Nuvali enhances access to government services while aligning with our vision of creating a world-class, future-proof development."
Santa Rosa Mayor Arlene Arcillas welcomed the collaboration, which is expected to attract new investments and further drive economic growth in the region.
“This initiative not only enhances governance but also strengthens Santa Rosa’s position as a progressive city, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our constituents, while promoting public-private partnerships,” Arcillas said.
Nuvali Estate, ALI's largest sustainable estate in the South, spans 2,400 hectares across Santa Rosa, Cabuyao, and Calamba in Laguna. It combines residential, commercial, and educational developments with nature-focused recreational spaces, blending urban innovation with environmental sustainability.
