Yayo Aguila, the Filipino actress who captured hearts in the iconic ‘80s film Bagets, is embracing a new chapter in her life, filled with love and happiness.

From her early success as Rose in Bagets to her return to the screen in projects like Kay Tagal Kang Hinintay, Gimik, and G-mik, Aguila has remained a familiar and beloved face in the entertainment industry.

Her journey, however, has included personal challenges, including a high-profile separation from her husband, actor William Martinez, after 25 years of marriage.

Aguila’s life also saw its share of drama outside of her acting career, including a court case involving her daughter and fellow Pinoy Big Brother housemate, Baron Geisler.

Despite these challenges, Aguila has shown resilience and strength.

Now, Yayo is finding happiness and love once again.

After a long friendship, she is currently in a relationship with a non-showbiz gentleman.

“Matagal na kami magkaibigan and yes we are happy together. Hindi kami living together basta masaya kami. Tapos na ako sa magsasama ulit ok na ako doon basta masaya

kami sa relationship namin ngayon (We are very happy with the relationship we have at the present),” Yayo shared, expressing her contentment with the current state of her relationship.

This new relationship has brought a renewed sense of joy and freedom to Aguila’s life.

“I get to travel, deserve ko na inaalagaan ako. Pwede naman maging masaya na in a relationship kahit walang marriage,” she added (A relationship can be happy even without marriage).

Yayo Aguila’s story is one of resilience, reinvention and ultimately, finding happiness.  She serves as an inspiration to many, proving that second chances are possible, both in career and in love.

Her journey is a testament to the power of moving forward, embracing new experiences and finding joy in unexpected places.
