The highly anticipated Formula 1 movie starring Brad Pitt is just months away from release, with the first video clip now unveiled.
Years in the making, the film is set to premiere on 27 June, as confirmed by Apple Original Films.
The story follows Pitt’s character, Sonny Hayes, a former Formula 1 driver who comes out of retirement to mentor rising star Joshua Pierce, played by Damson Idris.
To prepare for the role, Pitt trained to drive a modified Formula 2 car, specially developed by Mercedes, for his portrayal of a race driver for the fictional APX GP team.
A teaser, shared by Formula 1 on its social media platforms, will also be featured in the pre-game coverage of the Super Bowl in the United States.
The film’s release will be split across international and North American markets, debuting internationally on 25 June 2025, followed by its North American release on 27 June 2025.
