Salvador tandem sparkles at Mango Tee

Julio Salvador produced 47 points to power his partnership with Roman Salvador to the 18-hole lead in the overall net division of the 37th Mango Tee Invitational at Alabang Country Club in Muntinlupa on Thursday.

With Roman adding 38, the Salvadors combined for 85 points, eclipsing by one point the outputs of Leopoldo dela Cruz-Nelson Mendoza and Reginald Gozo-Mike Lim on Wednesday.

The Salvador tandem also shared the lead in the overall gross division with Darwin Mago and Jet Mathay following identical 70 points.

Reginald Gozo and Mike Lim was in third spot with 84 points.

The other 18-hole leaders were Roman Salvador-Julio Salvador, Platinum; Pablo Olivarez-Steven Ferrer, Gold; Roland Cinco-Randolph Cinco, Silver; Leopoldo dela Cruz-Nelson Mendoza, Bronze.
