Boxing legend Manny Pacquiao took to social media to celebrate the birthday of his eldest son, Jimuel Pacquiao, who turned a year older today.
On Facebook, Pacquiao shared adorable family photos and expressed his pride in Jimuel’s journey, especially as he follows in his father’s footsteps in boxing.
“Happy Birthday, Jimuel! Anak, I am so proud of you and the man you are becoming.”
As Jimuel continues to pursue a boxing career, Pacquiao shared his prayers and encouragement for his son’s future “Napakalaki ng potential mo, and I pray that God continues to guide you, strengthen you, and open doors of opportunity in your life. Lagi mong panatilihin ang pananampalataya mo at mangarap ka nang malaki. God has great plans for you.”
Pacquiao also expressed how much their family misses Jimuel, ending his message with a heartfelt note “Your mom and I love you so much, at lagi kaming nandito para sa’yo no matter what. Miss na miss ka na namin.”
In 2023, Jimuel made his amateur boxing debut in Las Vegas, securing a unanimous decision win against American opponent Marco Rosales.
Manny and Jinkee Pacquiao have been married since 10 May 1999, and are blessed with five children, Emmanuel Jr. (Jimuel), Michael Stephen, Mary Divine Grace (Princess), Queen Elizabeth (Queenie) and Israel.
As Jimuel continues his journey in the ring, his father remains his biggest supporter — both in and out of the boxing world.
