Solaire marks 12 years with world-class mixology and culinary pairings

Solaire Resort Entertainment City marks its 12th anniversary with an extraordinary celebration of flavors, bringing together world-class mixologists and Michelin-starred chefs for an unforgettable gastronomic experience. From February 28 to March 16, guests can indulge in expertly crafted cocktails paired with exquisite culinary creations from Michelin Star chefs Jun Yukimura, Sun Kim, and Heinz Beck. These exclusive collaborations will take place at Yakumi, Waterside, and Finestra, with special bar takeovers at Baccarat Room & Bar and Whisky Bar.

Renowned mixologist Shingo Gokan and Sake Master Brewer Akihiro Igarashi will join Michelin Star chef Jun Yukimura at Yakumi for an exquisite drink pairing dinner from February 28 to March 1 at 6 PM. Akihiro, a Board Member and Director General of Kagamiyama Brewery in Japan, crafts premium sakes deeply rooted in Japanese tradition. Shingo, celebrated for his innovative bar concepts and cocktail artistry, owns multiple bars including SG Club in Tokyo, The Odd Couple in Shanghai, and Gokan in Hong Kong. Experience his modern cocktail craftsmanship at Baccarat Room & Bar on February 28 at 8 PM. On March 2, guests can indulge in an elegant Sunday brunch featuring Chef Yukimura’s signature dishes, perfectly complemented by premium sakes and unique cocktail flavors.

Tea Master He Jia joins Michelin Star chef Sun Kim, owner of the two-Michelin Star restaurant Meta in Singapore, for a refined tea and dining experience at Waterside from March 7 to 9. Recognized as a ‘Tea Fairy’ ceremony champion and listed expert in Mian Yang’s Professional Skills Expert Database, He Jia is renowned for her mastery of tea selection and preparation. Guests will gain insights into the health benefits of tea while enjoying exclusive pairings with Chef Kim’s signature dishes during dinner and brunch sessions.

For whisky enthusiasts, a masterclass awaits on March 15 at 4 PM at the Whisky Bar, featuring Craig Swindell, a global specialist for The Dalmore. Craig has played a significant role in championing the brand internationally, contributing to recent innovations such as The Dalmore Portfolio Series and The Dalmore Cask Curation.
